Description
The Malmok Lighthouse is in the Washington Slagbaai National Park on the Island of Bonaire, the Caribbean Netherlands.
The Malmok lighthouse was put on Bonaire in 1906 but exact dates are unknown. In 1954, a storm situated itself on the North Western edge of Bonaire and lightening struck the open lighthouse. It burned to the ground and another lighthouse was built some miles away to replace it.
